Acquadolce's gastronomic offerings are complemented by a wide selection of wines, including special labels among the rarest in the world, curated by a team of expert sommeliers led by patron and award-winning sommelier Emanuele Riva and sommeliers Marco Longagnani and Marco Quaglia.
The sommelier team is always driven by the passion to involve the guest in the choice, storytelling, and food pairing journey of Acquadolce's fine wines.
The wine list consists of more than 500 labels, the result of a careful research carried out with dedication over the years, with a focus on champagnes, rare wines and wines from small producers, but also Italian sparkling wines and classic methods, verticals and long aging for Italian and French red wines, aromatic, mineral and wood-passed white wines, rosés and passiti, up to wines from the New World and a selection of rare spirits and distillates.
