Sophisticated dishes of elegant Italian cuisine revisited in a contemporary key, playfully and surprisingly reinterpreting classic recipes, always inspired by the excellence of Italian and local products, where the creation of each new dish begins with a careful research of exquisite raw materials, often from the nearby lake and its valleys.
Special attention is given to the delicacies of the period, such as white and black truffles, porcini mushrooms and asparagus, fresh fish and seafood crudités, or special cuts of fine meats, with special seasonal menus celebrating these ingredients.
The dining experience is complemented by fresh bread, breadsticks, homemade pasta, ravioli and gnocchi handmade in the kitchen daily.
In 2023, Acquadolce and Carmelo Sciarrabba's cuisine were included in Gambero Rosso's prestigious Ristoranti d'Italia guide, the most renowned annual guide to Italian restaurants, and awarded its first forchetta.
