In its exclusive setting, Acquadolce offers refined classic Italian cuisine revisited with a contemporary twist, curated by Chef Carmelo Sciarrabba and his team, featuring colorful and surprising dishes inspired by the ingredients and aromas of the carefully researched raw materials sourced from the lake and its surrounding valleys. In addition to the à la carte menu available for lunch and dinner, Acquadolce offers dedicated tasting menus with a locally inspired lake menu, a seafood menu, a classic menu based on fine meats, and a special selection of vegetarian cuisine.

The culinary offering is complemented by a wide selection of wines, including special labels among the rarest in the world, curated by a team of expert sommeliers led by patron and award-winning sommelier Emanuele Riva.
